The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure that every residents' privacy is respected at all times. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The medical staff works very hard to make sure I am notified immediately about every single important health decision for my loved one. I never have to worry.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They genuinely care about everyone who comes into their office. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
