The office is very clean and professional. The staff is very caring and gentle and obviously are there because they love animals. The same goes for the doctor. He is great and always attentive and gentle. It is a good clinic all the way around and I'm glad I gave them a try.

Absolutely not! They were very rough and seemed to have complete disregard that my pet was scared

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The examining rooms at Chase Oaks Animal Clinic's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
