Even though they were solidly booked on the day that I called, Dr. Visser and staff made arrangements for me to get my pet in, as she was very uncomfortable from a huge outbreak of her allergies. Sherry was extremely thorough and patient on the phone and when taking notes for the doctor when I came in. I felt that both the doctor and staff were amazing and attentive to my concerns. They took the time, not only to serve my pet and get her comfortable, but to help me understand the reasoning for the recommended treatment. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I started here with Dr. Karen, and she was able to bring my beloved girl to health despite some major obstacles, and today, I found her husband to be just as committed and caring as she. I am extremely grateful to have found this group!
