The worst Dentist, Out dated machines in office not enough supplies, unprofessional staff. Machines broken. The dentist rush through jobs. They always late. They have you sitting there a hour after your appointment. Horrible .

Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were downright horrible. I usually understand this Dentist's answers to my questions but sometimes I have to ask for additional information. This Dentist tried to appear to not rush me but it was clear they needed to end the appointment so I didn't get all my questions answered. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. The dentist and his assistant weren't too professional considering they were cussing while working on me and they were watching the tv while working on me. The dentist told his assistant that the assitant was transferring the bacteria back into my mouth and if he didn't stop it would probably go into my socket. The first time I went to them they dad a terrible job cleaning my teeth and since then I wasn't really satisfied with what services I got at that time. Then I was told I needed a root canal or two and that this particular tooth could be saved with a root canal. It was like they were trying to convince me to get my tooth pulled they said either pull it or pull it and do a bridge and I told them no. It was like they were still wanting to do that especially just going on and pulling the entire tooth. Also every time I've ever had a root canal done they've always tried to do a cleaning before doing the root canal and they just broke out the needle and started trying to make my mouth numb and has me wondering why didn't they try to do a cleaning since it's been over six months since I was there. I thought the first visit the person was just having a bad day and thought I'd give em one more shot to do work on me and nothing about their work has impressed me and especially with the dentist using GD while working on me and mentioned a couple of their errors. I'll never go back

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
