Saw Dr. Phillips post auto accident, excellent practitioner!! But .... Beware of bookkeeping “errors”!! Paid 100% each visit. Asked numerous times if there was a balance on my account. Was told $0.00 balance each time. 1 yr and 3 months later, I received a phone call... I owed $310.00!! what?? After I specifically asked if I owed on my account numerous* times, received NO invoice or statements either in person or by mail!! They assured me that, I “had zero balance“ Their answer “Oh, I made a mistake”!!! I had to pay for unaccounted expenses??! ... Will not return.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
