I called several times trying to get a dental appointment and these people are very VERY shady. There website CLEARLY states hours of operation, but when I called and went they told me I had to call back at 8:30 on Monday morning....I called back at 8:30 on Monday morning...at first no one answered the phone....then a busy buzz ...finally got through at 9:15 and alas I was informed only 50 spots were available and were taken. I think it is irresponsible to tell a person in need of a cleaning, or filling or simple extraction they must wait week after week for an appointment. When I expressed this, I was told that you could also walk in and try to get an appointment....but they do not tell people that. Withholding information for health care to the needy is extremely unethical....in my case I will sit for another week...making it a total of 3 weeks with a simple filling that fell out and just needs to be refilled...yet has every potential of becoming a bigger problem. If an organization does not give all information to everyone and misleading information to some, then they are not operating in a fair and equitable way...
