Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. You would think it wouldn't be too hard to send a reminder card for your pets annual exam, but apparently that is too much to ask of them. I am constantly forgetting what time of year it is supposed to be too.
