Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Do they argue with the clients as some have suggested? Maybe. I have never had a problem, but then, I'm a teacher, and I know that the customer is not always right, and this is one of those cases where that's especially true. l If clients think they know more than the vet, then they deserve to be set straight.

If I'm not satisfied, I go get a second opinion, which is how Icame to this outfit. I'm not going to badmouth the other place a good vet in a different town), but I liked the treatment here better.

This vet and helper are very negligible. We have never had any problems, just good customer service and happy returned pets. They even came to my house to help heal a sick dog. We will be leaving our two dogs there to board when we go on vacation. Love them!!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

They misdiagnosed our dog who had a urinary tract infection as coming into heat and needing to be spayed despite the fact that I told them she had been spayed by her previous owner--and worst of all--they not only still charged me for the unnecessary spay, but they charged me an extra $10 for 'exploratory surgery' claiming that sometimes the uterus is hard to find. :/ He spayed a cat at the same visit and her sutures came out and she died in our barn under a tarp. The dog he 'spayed' also had sutures coming out, but we were able to take her in and have those repaired. Don't walk away from this vet--run!!

No, they criticized what I have been doing and gave me no additional information on how I could improve

No, they were rude
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
