I just moved to the area and my Cat had to be put down (he was 20 years old and sickly). They were very nice and professional. The Vet, Dr. Peterson, was very nice and gave us some time and answered all our questions. The receptionist and vet tech were very kind and helpful as well, I would go back if I decide to change vets.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Yes, he/she didn't spend too much time with me

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
