Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
