Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were.
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
No. I didn't trust their motives.

I love the staff and doctors. The boarding kennel area is very clean and one of the nicest I have been to. Just wish they had an area to let them run a bit. If you need grooming though you might want to reconsider. When I picked up my dog, she didn't smell any different nor was her ears cleaned. Very disappointed with the groomer. But my dog loves the staff and the doctors so that is all that matters. Just won't groom there.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. My daughter saved a couple of wild baby bunnies from the neighbor's dog. One of them seemed to need medical attention & Dr. Boggs looked him over at no charge. I've been taking my animals to Dr. Boggs since I was a kid & would not take my animals anywhere else.
