Absolute worst experience at a veterinary facility. The only person in the building with any respect or compassion was the receptionist. The Dr was a complete jerk who was rough with my very sick cat and horrible to me. The tech was really no better.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Never, and if I ask they seem annoyed to have to get it
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
