They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I have been a customer at Dr. Garcia's clinic for over twenty years. Dr. Garcia is the most intuitive and kindhearted veterinarian I have ever encountered.

I highly recommend Boonsboro Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Richard Garcia.

Their staff is very friendly yet I feel like my appointment was pointless. nothing was accomplished. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They misdiagnosed my cat as having asthma when in fact she had a congestive heart she suffered needlesly and died during the follow up visit.very incompetent!

BVH have always been very helpful with our little Chihuahua. The staff there is wonderful and passionate about their jo and always seem excited to see Chico. They also don't push expensive procedures or medicine. The doctor has twice told us to go the cheaper route or been hesitant about doing something he could have easily charged us for. The prices are also pretty good.
