I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time. Provided good service.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
