The prices are outrageous and if you have an emergency during NORMAL OFFICE HOURS, too bad. They will see you whenever it is convenient for them. Have been a long time client and do not appreciate the way in which they did not seem to care that I had an emergency situation with a pet. The vet is very knowledgeable; but, I am shocked at the manner in which I was treated. I took my pet elsewhere for the emergency and was seen right away..
