I visit this facility frequently for minor ailments such as colds, flu, etc. as an alternative to having to wait with my primary care physician. I am always pleased with the treatment that I receive and have gotten to know several of the doctors very well and have grown to trust their treatment methods and diagnoses. Now they feel more like my personal PCP.

Beware! This business advertises itself as an "urgent care" practice when it is in fact not and doesn't bill as one. I was traveling out out state and fell ill. My insurance company said I would be covered at an "urgent care" walk-in clinic. Narrows advertises as such, however, they will submit the claim as a primary care visit and it'll be rejected. I've tried numerous times to talk to the billing department and they refuse to change the billing despite what they advertise! The staff is rude, condescending and unresponsive.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
