When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. This veterinarian seems to have a pretty basic level of knowledge for simple procedures as well as more complicated, but they are very low overhead and don't have a lot of fancy equipment. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It is a lot lower/ under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on my pet and I have never seen an infection from there. They are the lowest spay/neuter costs in Johnson City or anywhere nearby.
