This is the worst company you can sign up for with your pet. Please avoid them...they simply take your money and they don't fulfill their commitment to your pet. I signed up for one year and thought I my pet would have been neutered under the current contract. When I went in to get him neutered, I was told that my contract was no good after months of paying. Please avoid them!!!! they are a waste of money.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
