Dr. Parker has been my 75 lb Shepherd mix's vet since he was just a puppy and Dr. Parker was working at VCA in Royal Oak. Now Max is 70-something in dog years and still loves to take the ride out to Novi in anticipation of a lot of attention at Briarpointe. I attribute that to Dr. Parker who really has a way with animals and fortunately for me, people too. His passion for his work is obvious. The Briarpointe staff is also personable, friendly and welcoming. Great group of professional, caring people!

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
