My dog passed away at four o'clock this morning and I called to ask how much it would be to cremate her, and the woman's exact words were "we don't do that for just anyone off the streets". I'm sorry but I thought Vets were suppose to care about animals and help you through a time of need, but no I was assumed to be a person off the street because I was not a patient. Absolutely disrespectful. How am I suppose to be a patient when I am from out of state visiting and my dog unexpectedly passes away.

Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease

One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do.
