I arrived at 8:45 am to make a same day appt for a stray cat that was unable to walk on his back left paw and crying in pain. I was told by a very nice receptionist to come back at 11:45 for a walk in apt and it would be $40, and information was entered into the computer. I arrived back at 11:40 and went inside to check in and the waiting room was full and another receptionist was at the desk and said it could be up to an hour more as the dr was running behind. I told her that was fine and I would be waiting in the car in the parking lot since it was way to crowded inside and provided my cell phone number. The same rude lady called me approx. 40 mins later and said they would not be able to see my cat after all as the dr is still running behind. I was so upset. the cat had been in so much pain, she said I could come back at 4:45 as a walk in apt again and I said absolutely not! She wasted my morning and early afternoon and if I had known would have taken this cat to another location. After calling around, I ended up at VCA Central Animal Hosp in Upland and they were AMAZING! I paid a little more since they fit the cat in, but the place was very nice and all of the staff were great. They gave the cat an antibiotic shot and by the second day we was walking on the hind leg again. I guess you get what you pay for. I will never make and apt or go to Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Montclair again!

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Yes, I thought it was fair

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Good vet. Very crowded. Make sure vet does through exam - - sometimes overly hurried.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Dr Rodriguez is WONDERFUL, caring, and kind, and very sensitive to the health of my wallet as well as the health of my cat. Who knew that the least expensive vet care in the Inland Valley would also be the BEST?

The staff is also very professional, and Farrah is especially friendly and caring, and did a LOT to assure me that Blue Cross Animal Hospital has a special place in their hearts for older cats like mine

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair?
It was some of the best pricing I have seen

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
