I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to any clients! Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.
