Even though dog in distress, they would not treat until paying $600. up front. They are all about the money, not the animals.

This was an emergency and my dogs died. They were going to be creamated but since emerg and taken here by police, I ran out of house without purse or shoes. I had no money, no credit cards. They could not wait until I got home to call back with info.

THEY ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO TAKE MY DEAD FURBABIES HOME WITH ME WITH 3 CHILDREN IN THE VEHICLE AND BRING THEM BACK THE NEXT MORNING WITH THE MONEY FOR CREMATION.

UNBELIEVABLE !!! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK AS THEY DO NOT HAVE COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TREAT EVEN THOUGH IN DISTRESS WITHOUT THE MONEY BEING PAID FIRST. EVIL.
I also called for information and they never retuned my call.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Our cat had been sick for several days.I knew I didn't have

enough money on hand to have him seen by a vet.I called

BHPAH and explained that I could pay something then and

the rest in 2 days.They told us it would be ok,they'd talk

to the doctor,bring him in.We brought him in,paid the

$115 required to see a vet and they took him back.After

looking him over,the doctors advised xrays and a IV start

up but only after we pay for them.After reminding them

that I couldn't pay them anything else until Friday,we

were pretty much dismissed and our cat didn't get any

treatment.My cat had to wait until the next morning

(Thursday)to see the local vet.Guess what,they were able

to work with us.Our cat got his treatment,the vet got paid

in full on Friday and all went home happy.Our cat had

ingested some plastic bag pieces and thread and hadn't

eaten or pooped in 4 days.I give thanks to Clementon

Animal Hospital for saving our cat and not treating us like

some uncreditworthy customer like BHPAH did.

Not really, it was a little upsetting

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
