I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The doctors seemed adequately trained. Dr Smucker is probably he best clinically. Dr. James gets uncomfortable if the medical issues get more complicated but he won't say anything. My sense is he also won't do any homework or literature reviews on these issues either. He just shuts down and then the patient is out of luck Also, Dr. James does not document everything you tell him is wrong with you, for whatever reason, which could be disastrous for a patient later on.
