The level of therapy received here was questionable at best. Physical therapist was only around to do evaluation and never in the "gym". Technicians are more interested in interacting with each other than giving individual attention to clients. Fortunately, I was directed to another PT company in Harlingen with a totally professional approach. (attentive technicians, involved physical therapist). After going somewhere else, I realize how physical therapy should actually work and benefit the client.

Total waste of time only saw the physical therapist on my first visit rest of time spent with young kids doing the same exercises I was doing at home.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
