"I went to Doral Animal clinic late on a weeknight desperately seeking help for my dog after a horrible expirience at Banfield Hospital. Dr. Hammer took her in immediately and began checking her. right away I was told what was wrong and what needed to be done. The attention, love and matter in which my dog was received made all the difference in the world to me. Turns out she had three different problems going on at the same time which immediately Dr. Hammer began taken care off. Among other things that were going on, my dog was suffering with Pyometra which needed immediate surgery. Dr. Hammer took care of that too. She is an angel. GOD bless her hands and continue to help her in helping other people with their pets.
I have nothing but the nicest things to say about this place and the staff that works there! What a place to take your pet for medical needs!!!!"

We cannot express our thanks for all the help, patience, care, & thoughtfulness we received @ our appt. we were both nervous ( & a bit scared) at first but everyone made us at ease. We left with a treat & peace of mind with our A+ bill of health & vaccines!

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Dr. Cabeza for about 2 years now. I can honestly say with in the past few months I have seen a drastic improvement in the customer service. Considering I have 3 little ones that seem to eat whatever they can find I am a regular there. For some time I was considering switching clinics after being insulted and offended by the office manager there back around Christmas time. However with in the past few months the environment seems more upbeat & friendly, I met the new manager and she is a breath of fresh air. They are even having a cutest pet contest which I thought was an adorable idea. All I can say is thank goodness because I think Dr.Cabeza is an incredible doctor and care giver to pets.

The clinic seems like a very well ran business...they cover all aspects of my pet's health and keep me informed on things I need to keep watch of or be concerned of. The girls at the front are always polite and helpful.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! They are heartless opportunist waiting to bank on people's misfortune! They only offer hope if you are willing to pay an additional fee, which seems to accrue every hour. Long story short... from the moment I entered the door, I was charged $892.00 without anyone even seeing my pet. All they knew was what I had told them that he may have possibly bitten a toad. To keep my dog in 24-hour oxygen, I had to pay an additional $200.00 mind you all this was BEFORE ANY TREATMENT WOULD BE RENDERED. They tell me my dog needed to stay and additional 3 days for an additional $1100.00. While I had already paid $1100.00 . I told them I could not afford and that I would be by to pick up my pet to take him elsewhere. Their response was "Well, your dog is going to die and you owe us an additional $269.00" Really?? for what??? This is the SAME PLACE that charged me UPFRONT and is now telling me they performed these services without asking me. SERIOUSLY??? B/S!! My spouse went to go get the dog and they HELD MY DOG HOSTAGE, THEY REFUSED TO LET MY HUSBAND EVEN SEE OUR DOG. For all I knew he could have been dead. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DOG UNLESS I PAID THESE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES STATING THEY WERE GOING TO REPORT ME. To whom, or what? I don't know. Best part of the story.. I learned that your pet is YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY and THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO HOLD YOUR DOG FOR PAYMENT. I CALLED THE LOCAL POLICE, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND HAD THEM RELEASE MY DOG TO ME!! DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE I WAS BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!! Oh BTW, my dog had a foreign body clearly shown in the xray they took, which they conveniently FORGOT to mention to me!!
