Dr. Higdon is great with my dogs and they seem to love him too, as well as his staff. He and his staff are gentle and have soothing voices when my dogs visit. I appreciate that.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
