Always take great care of my animals. Brandi has a gentle touch with plenty of knowledge and expertise to care for these precious members of our family.

Several years ago we adopted 2 rescue cats. The male was very sick, but Dr. Brandy at Rockingham Veterinary Clinic managed to save his life. Two years later, we rescued a cat who had been rescued by the clinic, when the owners wanted a perfectly healthy cat put down. We have great respect for all the staff at this clinic, & we are thrilled with how much they love and care for all animals.

Last week of September I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. I live in Connecticut and had a very sick little dog. After spending a week visiting my vet and not getting anywhere except in the poor house. I put my Sadie in the car and took the 2 1/2 hour trip to Rockingham Vet Clinic, thinking I was leaving my dog for a week. I arrived the next morning for a visit and consult, my Morkie (Maltese/Morkie) came running out the greet me. Not only was she better, she was in the care of a bright and loving Vet and home like environment. Dr. Brandi Smith DVM is obviously in the profession for all the reasons.

My x husband took off with my dog after the divorce and he was homeless and impossible to find. I had a relief from abuse order from the court for myself and the dog and I had made that crystal clear with the clinic in the event he would try to come by with her for any reason. I watched the girl put the notes on my dogs account. Her name was Clover.

After several weeks my X abandoned the dog at the clinic and I was NEVER contacted. If your child was abandoned somewhere wouldn t you expect the place to contact the parent???? Like I said the notes were on her account but they ignored this. You would think, since she had been going there since she was a puppy they would call me. The new owner could care less. She was sarcastic and rude to me.

I had the dog since she was a puppy, for 10 years. She was my only child as it be since I have no children of my own. She was my partner, my hiking buddy and I loved her more than anything. The new owner was completely rude to me about it and said I should have checked the local pounds for her and that it was my fault. I explained that I knew my X had her and no one could locate him, and the she even admitted the clinic couldn t locate him either. They adopted my baby to one of their own staff and then sent me the boarding bill. They told me they would talk to the person and see if they would consider it a foster care since they had made a mistake. I never received a follow-up call about this matter like I was promised.

I would NEVER trust them with any of my animals after this. I have been taking my pets to Vinny for 20 years and Vinny was great. The new owner is heartless. They are lucky I don t sue them for this oversight. Leave your pets their at your own risk.

I have been using this vet practice for many years. They treat us and our pets like family. They check up on our pets with follow up phone calls. They are kind and caring, and professional. The office may be a bit out of the way but they are worth the trip.
