a Sober Way Home has been and still is a God send to us and my son. The staff is by far the most gifted and wonderfull people on this earth. They have given my son a chance to prove the type of person he really is, kind loving and someone who wants to do good and be a posative and productive person. We owe A Sober Way Home and the staff everything for all they have done from doctors ,nurses, house monitors, accounting, and each and every person, including those that are there reaching out for help, we love you all.

My son was living on the streets and near death with his drug addiction. The sober way home went OVER and BEYOND to help us. I will be forever grateful to them for helping my son realize that there is more to life than addiction. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility. My son is on a long and difficult journey but with the help of the amazing staff at A Sober Way Home I have finally been able to have a full nights sleep for the first time in 4 long years. My son wants to stay longer than we agreed to.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was the waiting area spacious?
Yes, extremely spacious
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They treated me like a family member. I've now been sober for 18 months and got my life back. Figured it was time to pay them back and leave a few reviews. I owe them everything!!!!!!

Stay away! Unstructured, revolving door staff, wasted time and money. Very weak in the 12 Step approach. Gave 1 star because I could not give negative stars. This review is not from a former client. I am a parent of a former client.
