I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I went in for a blood text on a Thursday and when I checked out they told me that the results would be on the patient portal in a day or two. It is now Wednesday (next week) and the results are still not loaded. I called the office only to find out the results were only scanned in today and that the doctor has to read them first and then they will call as to the results. What is the use of the patients portal. (probably for info only). I hope I find another provider. thank goodness I didn't need any medicine right away. I would probably have ended up in the emergency room if I did. I am not impressed at all with this office or the way they handle things.
