They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
