OMGOSH'S avoid like the plague! Can't get a hold of them unless you go though there call center! no one knows what they are doing! and FYI: PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE READ AND SAVE THE FINE PRINT OF THERE RENTAL AGREEMENT otherwise you will be on the hook for $$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apria is terrible. If I had a choice, I would go somewhere else. My HC provider uses Apria so I'm stuck..... They do not give you the local phone number so you have to deal with their call center. The call center has messed up all of my appointments and the local office had to reschedule.
After my sleep study, I had to call my HC provider to have Apria to do anything.
My first mask didn't work well and my provider ordered another model. After waiting 3 weeks for a "fitting" appointment, I showed up and they didn't have the mask that was ordered.

Their customer service sucks and I would give them a negative rating if I could.
