Mediocre at best. I generally like the people at the Spokane office, but dealing with thier corporate anything is a pain in the rear. I used to like them, as I could come and get fitted for a mask when needed, but now I must schedule a fitting. I'm fine with that, and it worked well enough when the local front desk would schedule it. But now I must tell them I need a fitting, wait for a call to schedule from a non local number, try to talk to someone I can barely communicate with because the call quality is so poor, schedule with them, confirm all my details with them. After that, I got 6(!!!!!) Voicemails, again with terrible call quality that were apparently appointment reminders, but were unintelligible to me. While at the appointment, I give my mom's cell number as a backup to call when my parts come in-which the non local number proceeds to call my mom and leaves an unintelligible message while I am still at the appointment. I have told the local office that the national number is not to call me again, but I doubt I will be able to schedule with the local office.
Rudest front desk person I have experienced in a long time. Customer service skills are apparently something she never bothered to learn. The item I received from them for my overnight sleep apnea test was dead. Had to buy new batteries for it. Not impressed at all.
