This company does not value your business. Therapists are knowledgeable but business is so poorly operated that services to patients/customers suffer greatly. Would not recommend this company as there are too many companies in Richmond delivering excellent customer service that will value your business.

I've been a customer of the Farmville office for three years and cannot praise the respiratory therapists and local office staff highly enough. My questions are always answered, and supplies are delivered in a timely manner.
The main office in Richmond presents a different picture: my written requests for information have been ignored and my telephone inquiries have been, not just unanswered, but treated rudely.
Despite my reservations as outlined above, I recommend West HHC to all who ask-and there are a surprising number-about my portable oxygen system. My recommendation always comes with a caveat concerning the Richmond office, however.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
