They don't keep their word when it comes to delivery or pickup. Unorganized. Don't care about the schedule of the people who use this service

Once the company sold out, the new owners does not seem to care about their clients. They have let go the people that worked for the company that knew what was going on and always was available to help you out with your orders. They don't seem to get it....the clients are the ones who are suffering because of this. Doesn't human lives come first with anyone anymore? All companies seem to care about these days is making money and more money. They want your business but are not willing to stand behind what they represent. West Home Health used to be a good company when we first started with them, but it has gone downhill since they were sold out. They need to start listening to us, the clients.

The Farmville office was great and then it all went south. Sold out to someone and service and supplies seem limited. Here's hoping they can get back up to their prior level otherwise I will be moving on to another supplier.
