We are currently involved in a dispute over an insurance matter, and Steele has refused either a) to accept an unused, still-packaged item back or b) to drop the attempt to assess us, the consumer, the exorbitant charge that had been assessed to the insurance company before the claim was denied. Should Steele change their course of action, relenting in good faith, I will be more than happy either to delete this review or to update it.
