After reading previous reviews, I was expecting the worst. However, I decided to try them out because they are so close to where I live. Everything, from entry to exit, was conducted in a friendly-yet-professional manner. If you have had problems with them before, you might want to give them another try. Lauren, my C-pap technician, was amazing. I was early, thinking there would be massive paperwork (not), and was seen immediately. I will be a repeat client.

All of these c-PAC supply company are a scan in Houston and Austin the worst is monitor medical in Houston even with a doctor,s prescription they won't reply your calls or even reply to the doctors calls.

What a disappointment! The SERVICE here is really BAD. Don't waste your time. Go to HomePoint Medical or American HomePatient. Anywhere but Monitor Medical. It may be convenient being in South Austin, but it's really not worth your time or money to deal with these people.
