I had used this company before so I felt that they were able to fill a prescription for a Walker with seat. However, after 3 weeks of waiting I am now forced to turn to my insurance company to try to get this prescription filled as apparently this is too difficult an order for them. What a shame, I will not use them again.

I have used J and B for the last t years plus. They are a very compassionate company. They have consistently helped me with oxygen orders and have delivered all supplies in a timely. Manner. I can't say enough good things about them.

I am so grateful for the expediency and the outstanding customer service! I had tried since May to get the equipment from another company, less than a week and all my equipment was delivered by a really nice guy! If you have to use medical equipment, this company should most definitely be your GO TO company!

The staff was very courteous in answering questions about what was covered by insurance and Medicare. They were very prompt in delivering oxygen supplies when my husband needed them ( I live in a rural area). I would definitely recommend them again.

It was New Years Eve and I had gone to two others stores that said they would be open but closed early for the holiday. When I came to J&B they were so helpful, courteous and understanding. I was nearly in tears not having the medical supplies I needed for my husband and knowing it was a holiday that I could not get them for days. The owner took such good care of me I left with what I needed plus things I didn't know were available. She answered so many questions and went beyond what I expected.
