They send bills and don't tell you what they are for, only this is what the insurance didn't pay, but the insurance paid in full. I can buy all supplies for a lot less on e-bay without all the hassle. The machine I am using if that is the true charge paid by the insurance, what a rip off of Medicare.

Most annoying and loud music when on hold. I was put on hold when I first called for 15 min being told I was 3rd on line. I hanged up, called again and now was first on line for 30 min. Started firs call at 11:45. I presume there was only one person to take orders and left for lunch while keeping the customer on the phone listening to that horrid music and the " all our agents are busy servicing other customers, you are now first in line, stay on the line" message. Really?? There is no justification to keep the customers on the phone for 45 min unless one is negotiating to buy all the supplies or the company itself.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
