I called them may 3 2018 Im waitting for andy to call me back if i dont keep him up dated with my machine i have to pay out of pocket today is may 8 i have to call him again he is not returning my call ? im calling my insurance company & letting them no they dont do follow up
A terrible company do NOT USE THESE AWFUL PEOPLE we have been trying to get portable oxygen for months and an employee named Kathy keeps putting us off saying she doesn't have time to process our paperwork.. I want the owner of Lincare Oxygen to contact me ASAP to discuss this matter as your employee s seem to be running your business instead of you. They are not customer (patient) oriented - only money oriented. They do not return phone calls. They did not discuss anything with us, nor did they keep us posted on an insurance claim like they were suppose to so we had to pay for the equipment out of our pocket. Then the equipment they brought was broken. They delivered equipment on their own without our requesting it and then billed us for it! I believe they take advantage of the elderly and incapacitated.
They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
