there reviews sound about right.. been trying to get an appointment for two days now.. got offices from Tenn. to Pa.. and nothing from Ohio!! Even gave them MY number to call me... am about to go to Pa to get service.

The staff refuses to communicate with customers or submit the physician orders to Medicare for equipment and supplies. The Staff refuses to order equipment and does not provide appropriate rationale towards the denial and failure to follow the physicians orders. The staff does NOT return calls. The staff does not have a professional medical licensure and knowledge base as to validate its decision making process. It refuses to order physician recommended equipment and does not inform the patient. The company has displayed an unprofessional and unethical attitude towards its patients who are sick or elderly. This company should be reviewed toward proper compliance measures, due to its poor service and patient interaction. Please refer to other reviews toward this company, whereby hundreds of negative reviews were posted toward it history and service.
