In the past I have had nothing but negative people and not helpful at all on the phone at the North Olmsted location. Today I got Brandy! She was so very helpful and pleasant!! It was so refreshing!! Brandy answered questions I have had for two years! She should be training your people on customer service. s a raise and a promotion!!

Very dissatisfied! Nothing but problems with the equipment they provide. Had to leave work today because one again a portable unit quit on me.. Trying to get service is a joke! It quit at noon and I just received a call back to tell me it would be sometime this evening!

This supplier Doesn't support the patient well at all. Unable to get service on equipment when you take it in for service. They don't call to inform you of any status of your equipment repairs nor do they have loaner units when they take your equipment in for service. Personnel staff are very nice and are sorry for your wait but that doesn't help the patient. Will be looking for another company for medical equipment and service.

They billed my insurance company for replacement parts to my CPAP machine even though I had not dealt with them in years. I did not receive any products. I received three bills from them saying I owe them the remainder. I called and complained to their customer service number and I was told I would be called back shortly. It has been a month and I have not heard anything. I doubt my insurance company has been paid back either. I have not used my Cpap machine for several years. The bills have stopped for the time being until I get charged again.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
