Very upset...they picked up my scooter Monday for repair which they delivered a year and a half ago. Now ...they tell me it was never paid for by Medicare and we could buy it now for $800. I am housebound without it.
Not our fault...they have doc. Scrip and info. 0ver a year later..?? Why would they delivery something that wasn't paid for?? What is going on ?
