The staff was wonderful helpful and very courteous . I had an emergency and they accommodated everything I needed. they were exceptionally helpful and I learned things that were new even tho I've been a CPAPuser for many years. Thank you.

These people used my credit card number without my permission and then had the nerve to tell me I signed a document at the beginning of my treatment saying it was ok....when I SPECIFICALLY refused to write down my credit card number at the time I signed the document. The receptionist told me I didn't have to write the number down, so I didn't! Then when I called Apnea Care today to complain about the $460 they took without my permission and that I did NOT write the number on the paper, a snarky lady said "Well then how did we get the number if you didn't give it to us?" Well, you probably got it when I paid my $265 CO PAY with my credit card, Smartypants!" A fraud complaint is being filed not only with my bank, but also with the Attorney General's office. Put my money back in my account and you won't have to have thousands of people read about your sneaky, underhanded business practices. By the way, the CPAP machine is a piece of garbage and I haven't had a decent night's sleep since using it!
