If I could give a rating of minus 10 I would. We took a Rx written by my husbands surgeon on 8/9/18. The equipment he needed was in the store however the person at the desk said she needed a number that was not on the Rx. She took his insurance info and we were told she would contact the Dr and would get what she needed. Today is 8/15 and we still don't have it. We have called 3 times and were promised a return phone call which has never happened! Bet she collects her pay check on time! Will not go back and will tell all our contacts and the Dr. Office. Bad business practice
