I have had oxygen from McKinley Medical Supply since 2008. The staff has been so wonderful. They are always on schedule to check the machine, and bringing supplies. It is great to be a customer of theirs and since they are a locally owned company it is easy to work with them. Thank you McKinley Medical Supply for making my quality of life better!

Staff are not very friendly, always on their personal phones and not so willing to help. Although they usually have what I need, they need some training in positive customer service and show professionalism with their position. I DREAD having to go there to get my supplies but there isn't any place else in this little town.

I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The staff was VERY RUDE!!! The receptionist seemed angry and didn't help or paid very little attention to us. I will never in my life enter their facility again!!! i strongly discourage anyone to seek services from them. Try elsewhere they are not the DME company in Gallup, NM, you could definetly find better service elsewhere as i did.
