Delivery guy was great when I got the supplies but I am still waiting for them to get the insurance filed from almost 3 months ago. My insurance company and I have called and sat on hold and called and left messages but never seem to get called back. I am losing my patience and I know if I ever need supplies again I will be looking elsewhere next time!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their answers as well as the amount of information they had to offer me. I will definitely be a customer of theirs for a lifetime.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
