I currently have a major dilemma. I've had a total hip replacement and a steel rod in my femur both of my right leg. When he did the surgery my leg is now shorter so I have to walk with a cane. I happened to be in a physician's office this week and he told me to come to you and you could help me that his mother had the same problem and now she can walk without a walker. I am 52 years old I don't know if that's owed to you or not but I was very active I walked everywhere all the time and since this two and a half years I have put on 80 lb because of the pain and I just cannot get around. I would love to come by and see if maybe you could help me out. I don't ever really use my email because I'm very computer illiterate but my phone number is 704-934-1907 and you can call anytime day or night or text day or night and I look forward to talking to you very much because I am miserable almost home bound and I was very active

They are the best. Mr.Humphries helped me to find the best shoes for planar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, and fallen arches. He also recommended exercises I should do. My first visit was about 2 years ago. I am pain free right now but I decided to go back in today for new shoes. I do not want that awful pain to come back. It was the same great service at the new location.

I thought they were very kind. I have severe diabetic foot issues-they explained everthing, walked me through the whole process-they did a pressure points check, watched how I walked, molded the foot and made suggestions that were the most beneficial for my feet. Had the inserts custom made, ordered the shoes and they were great. Made sure all was OK before I left the store and told me to call if I ran into any problems.
Need a new pair, so heading back this week! :-)

We've been coming to MFS for a very long time. The quality of their work is good, but for the last couple of years, they have been extremely slow in getting my shoes ready. In fact, Medicare was billed before I got my shoes. Went in a couple weeks ago and was told I'd have to make an appointment before they could talk to me. VERY disappointed in staff. Guess they don't have enough competition.

I've been getting orthopedic quality shoes from Monroe Family Shoe Center for over 15 years. They are the best, I recommend them to everyone that I know. They take the time to find the shoe that fits. They can fill your prescriptions from the podiatrist. The staff treats you like family.
