From the time we came in until we left we were very pleased with the service and very much appreciated they listened to what we were looking for and didn't have pressure to make an instant decision. When my motorized wheelchair came Jason took great care in explaining and demonstrating how the chair worked. If you want great care and pricing choose B4 &I After.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
