My wife and I have used this company in order to get a electric wheelchair that our doctor said my wife needs in order to get around our home as well as being able to go to our doctors. The order was placed with b4 and after medical supplies and without any of their staff coming to our home the staff picked out a chair and Bring it to our home and dropped it off. The person did not bring it into our home to see if the chair would fit or work for her. We had to have batteries replaced on the chair a number of times only to find out the chair was defective. We have asked that the company pick up the chair in order for us to be able to get a chair to meet her needs. And the company refuses to pick up their defective equipment and the staff is nasty whenever my wife try’s to talk with them to get a resolve to this problem. When the person from this company did come into our home he stole money from our home. I would not tell anyone about this company due to the poor service and the fact they took money from our home these people can not be trusted to care for your needs and they are Thieves. I could put more into this review but I’m sure that with the times I’ve Dealt with them I can write a book on why no one should place an order for any of their medical needs they may have unless they want what happened to us while using this company to happen to them.
